MAC OS X Solvpn PPTP Instructions

How to Configure

1.  Open Network settings in System Preferences

         -  Click the Apple then System Preferences

         -  Click Network under Internet & Wireless

2.  Click + (the plus icon)

3.  Select VPN for the interface, PPTP for the VPN Type, and enter SolVPN for Service Name

4.  Click Create

5.  Select the newly created SolVPN connection

6.  Enter the following name in the Server Address field:

          solvpnusa1.dyndns.org for USA account

          solvpnuk1.dyndns.org for UK account

7.  Type your SolVPN Login in the Account Name field

8.  Click Authentication Settings and enter your SolVPN Password in the Password field, then click OK

9.  Click Advanced, check Send all traffic over VPN connection, then click OK.

10. Click Apply

How to Connect:

1.  Click the new VPN icon in the menu bar

2.  Click Connect SolVPN

How to Disconnect:

1.  Click the new VPN icon in the menu bar

2.  Click Disconnect SolVPN
